Jennifer Kinsey, BHSc., RMT, CYI
Jen has been practicing massage therapy since 2004, and completed yoga teacher training with Erin Jacob in 2015 . She is a graduate of the 3000 hour massage therapy program at WCCMT in New Westminster, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from TRU. Jen's post-graduate eduction has focused on craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, and yoga. Jen's treatments focus on addressing stress and anxiety, along with the numerous resulting symptoms, with an array of techniques to help people achieve their health and wellness goals within a peaceful and grounded setting.

Heiko has been practicing since 2004, and focuses in deep tissue manual therapy. He is accepting new clients for Registered Massage Therapy on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Sascha Mehrassa, RMT
Sascha has been a Registered Massage Therapist since she completed a comprehensive 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004.
Prior to having children, she enjoyed sharing her experiences and knowledge as an instructor, teaching assistant, clinic supervisor, and outreach supervisor at what is now called the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
Sascha uses a combination of techniques catering to each individual, including relaxation and deep tissue massage, myofascial and trigger point release, and craniosacral therapy. She has completed continuing education courses geared toward myofascial release, training in Craniosacral Therapy, Course of Applied Tensegrity (CoAT), and Breast Care including pre and post surgery techniques.
Sascha believes in taking a holistic approach to bringing the body back to optimal health and balance. She is preparing to assist in teaching post graduate continuing education courses based on a myofascial technique called Course of Applied Tensegrity (CoAT).
hen she is not running a household of boys, she enjoys getting out for walks, online shopping, and a good action flick.
