We are pleased to announce that yoga is once again being offered at the Sage River Wellness centre!

Yoga classes are being offered by independent instructors, each with their own registration process, pricing options, and contact info. Please read on to see who’s offering what, when, and how to get ahold of them to sign up for classes and/or ask any questions.

Registration Information

To register for your chosen classes, please email the instructor offering the class directly at the email addresses provided above. Please let your instructor know what class(es) you'd like to attend so a spot can be reserved for you on your preferred date/time. Please be sure to let them know whether you'd like to attend your class in- person or virtually (so a link can be sent to you!).


For In-Person classes:

We are limited to 10 participants per class, and because of this require 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will not be refunded.

Walk-Ins are welcome, but only if space is available. Priority will go to those who have pre-registered.


For Virtual Online Classes:
We use a program called Zoom to host our virtual yoga classes and you will need to have a Zoom account to participate in the virtual classes. If you don't have one set up yet, it's an easy set up process and is free for class participants. If you need help setting it up, please let your instructor know!

Once registered, you will receive an email that contains a link to your chosen class along with additional information about your "at-home" experience.
